Appetizers are an essential part of home entertaining. This workshop will teach simple tips and techniques certain to impress the most discerning guest. Southern chef, Ashley Freeman will be visiting Kauai in May to share her love of pupus and food styling. She will teach several variations of Crostini topped with Honey-Roasted Tomatoes and Pesto. Palmiers and Grissini filled with Pimiento Cheese and Tapenades. Lastly, Ashley will share her recipe for Sour Cream Biscuits with Goat Cheese and your favorite MPJ Spread.
Throughout class, Ashley will demonstrate her tricks for assembling and plating each pupu for beautiful presentation.
Students will surely leave the Jam Shop well fed and with a box full of beautiful pupus to share with their friends and family.
Chef Ashley is based in Charleston, South Carolina and frequently works in Savannah, Georgia and South Florida.
