Mountain Apple Pepper Jelly

The Hawaiian mountain apple or Ohi'a 'ai, looks and tastes similar to a cross between a conventional apple and pear. When juiced, this fruit creates a beautiful base while providing a vibrant jewel tone. This bright jelly adds a marvelous kick to cheese and cracker plates as well as meats when used as a glaze.  

Ingredients: Kauai Mountain Apples, White Vinegar, Cane Sugar, Kauai Jalapeño, Agar
