Ketembilla Jelly

Native to Sri Lanka, looks like a peach, and tastes similar to an underripe apricot when enjoyed straight from the tree.
Steelgrass farm has a tree covered with these little guys, so we put them in the jam pot. As a jelly, it has lovely honey notes and a beautiful jeweled tone. 

Ketembilla jelly pairs fabulously with cheese and cracker plates as well as meats when used as a glaze.

Ingredients: Kauai Ketembilla, Cane Sugar
