It is said necessity is the mother of invention. Calamansi Curd came about when the 2016 lilikoi season was a bust. We needed something to replace our beloved Lilikoi Curd. One of our farmers kept bringing us bags of calamansi throughout the summer. We were juicing the little guys and turning the golden nector into a lovely calamansi aid until one day it hit us... Let's try it as a curd! So now, this favorite Philippine fruit has become a highly sought after jar in the Jam Shop. It is bright, refreshing and just different enough to make it quite special.
