Piccalilli Chicken Salad

This is the Chicken Salad Chef Chelsea is currently serving in the Jam Shop. Our customers are loving it, so we thought we would share the simple, yet flavorful recipe. Enjoy!
2 Roasted Chicken Breast
7 Grapes, Halved
2T Monkeypod Jam Piccalilli Sweet Relish
1c Mayonaise
1T Dill
Salt + Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Dice roasted chicken breast. Place in a mixing bowl.
Combine the Piccalilli, Mayonaise, Dill, Salt, and Pepper in a small bowl.
Add the Piccalilli mix to the Chicken. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Add the halved grapes and gently mix into the salad.
Serve chilled on salad greens or make into sandwiches and wraps.
