Ranch Style Dip

Our family uses this dip for vegetable crudité or as a dressing for salad. It is a great way to utilize your produce bag vegetables including carrots, cucumber, zucchini, fresh green beans, and radishes. Let the kids help with this recipe for dinner buy in! 

Ingredients
1c Mayonnaise
1c Sour Cream
1/2c Milk
3T Chopped Green Onion or Chives
1T Vinegar
1t Dried Dill
1t Salt
6 Sprigs Fresh Parsley Leaves, Rough Chop
4 Cloves Garlic
 
Instructions
Place all prepared ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well with a large spoon or blend with an immersion blender for desired consistency.

 

Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers. 
Will store in the refrigerator for one week.
